Simply chat or email our customer support team requesting cancellation and we can proceed with the request. If you request cancellation before your next billing cycle, you will not be charged. How Do I Cancel and Transfer My Number Out?
At REALLY, we understand that your phone number is a big part of your identity. That’s why privacy and security are always our top priorities. Here’s everything you need to know to transfer your number safely out of REALLY’s service.
How to Request Your Port PIN:
Text #PORT# to 1-877-619-4104 from your REALLY phone number.
Have your Enrollment ID and email address ready so we can verify your account.
Once we have verified your account, we will send you your Port PIN and Account number
Once you've successfully ported out to another carrier, your account will AUTOMATICALLY deactivate and cancel.
⚠️ Our HQ team handles port-out requests Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. If you submit your request outside these hours, we’ll respond as soon as possible during the next business day.
Important Things to Know:
Account Must Be in Good Standing: Your account must be current on all payments and not suspended to transfer your number. If your account is suspended you will incur in an $8 charge to re-activate your account. A suspended account cannot be ported out.
