Our billing cycle is on a 30 day billing period.
If your payment method fails, we allow a 5 day grace period to update your payment method before suspending your service.
If you fail to update your payment, you will lose your REALLY service and your account will be deactivated.
If you need to update your payment method, log into your account at my.really.com and click "Manage Payment."
Once your payment method has been updated, your account will automatically renew.
